Himmanav (“we”) is the data controller for personal information collected through himmanav.in. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and the rights you hold under applicable data protection laws.

What we collect

Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
Order data: items purchased, order value, transaction reference. Card details are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
Communications: messages submitted through Connect, Shared Flame, and The Threshold forms.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device, referrer, and pages visited, collected by privacy-respecting analytics.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, deliver digital downloads, and provide customer support.
To respond to enquiries and to schedule paid consultations.
To meet legal obligations — tax records, accounting, fraud prevention.
To improve the site. We do not use personal data for advertising profiling.

Lawful basis

We rely on contract for order fulfilment, legitimate interest for site analytics and customer communications, legal obligation for tax and accounting, and consent for any optional marketing email. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying “unsubscribe”.

Third parties

We share the minimum data needed with the following processors:

Razorpay — payment processing.
Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
Shipping and logistics providers — carrier details provided at order dispatch.
Email provider — transactional confirmations.

Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place under applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for seven years to meet applicable tax and accounting requirements. Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request unless legally required to retain. Form submissions are kept for 24 months unless they form part of an ongoing engagement.

Your rights

Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure — deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
Restriction — pause processing while a query is resolved.
Portability — your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest.
Withdrawal of consent — for any processing that relies on consent.
