These terms govern the use of himmanav.in and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purchase terms
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are included where required by law. International orders may attract local duties or import taxes on arrival — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order at our discretion before that point.
- Prices and stock are subject to change. Where a clear pricing error has occurred, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded in full.
- Payment is taken at the point of order. The Vault digital downloads are released to the buyer’s email immediately after payment. The Threshold sessions are scheduled after the brief is reviewed.
Returns and cancellation
Physical goods are covered by the Returns & Exchanges policy. Digital goods and consultation sessions are subject to the exemptions stated there.
Intellectual property
All content on himmanav.in — text, characters, imagery, decks, frameworks, the Himmanav name and the Guarding the Peaks tagline — is owned by Himmanav or licensed to it. Personal use is permitted. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is not. Decks purchased from The Vault are licensed to the buyer for personal and internal professional use only and may not be resold or republished.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or infringe the rights of any other person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business, or opportunity. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, supplier failure, or acts of state.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction where Himmanav is registered]. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, without prejudice to the statutory rights available to consumers under local law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment of an order is the version that governs that order. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
