Returns & Exchanges

We want every Himmanav object to feel right. If something does not, you may return it under the terms below. These terms are in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt and the item must be back with us within 28 days of receipt.

Condition requirements

• Item is unworn, unwashed, and free of marks, scent, or damage.
• Original tags and packaging are included.
• Rings are returned in their original pouch with no signs of resizing or wear.
• Items returned outside this condition are sent back to the customer at their cost.

How to initiate a return

Email returns@himmanav.in with the order number and the reason for return. We will reply within two working days with a return address and a reference number to include in the parcel. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item being received and inspected. Original outbound shipping is refunded only when the return is the result of an error on our part.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. To change a size or character, return the original item under the terms above and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Digital downloads from The Vault are non-returnable once the file has been delivered. The Threshold sessions are non-refundable once the calendar invite has been issued, but may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice.
