We aim to dispatch orders within two working days of order confirmation. The timelines below are estimates from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timeframes
Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates at the time of order. Tracking confirmation arrives by email once the parcel is collected by our carrier.
Shipping partners
We work with established carriers for domestic and international delivery. The carrier is confirmed in the dispatch notification sent to your email.
Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to the email on the order once the parcel is collected. If the email has not arrived within three working days of confirmation, write to hello@himmanav.in with the order number.
International shipping
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by the destination country, not by Himmanav. These charges are not refundable. If a parcel is refused at customs, the order is treated as a return — the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund.
Lost or delayed parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within ten working days of the upper estimate above, write to hello@himmanav.in. We will open a trace with the carrier and either reship or refund based on the outcome.
